How do I create an account?

  1. Click on the "MY ACCOUNT" icon located at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the "REGISTER NOW" button located in the centre of the screen.
  3. The "Login information" section is required, while the "personal information" section is optional (this is only required when ordering).
  4. When all your details are correct click on the "REGISTER" button located in the centre at the bottom of the screen.

  5. When you click the "REGISTER" button, a welcome email will be sent to the email address you provided with instructions on how to activate your account.

How do I activate my account?

  1. Having clicked "REGISTER" you are redirected to an Activation Screen in addition to the email you will receive.
  2. Within the email there are two methods available to activate your account
    1. Click on the available link (e.g. https://securetest.powerplaydirect.com/activate.asp?CID=1366&KEY=4QYGFMRVH9QSDERZGYQH) within the email.
      (if your email software doesn't support this you should cut and paste the above address into the address bar of your internet browser)
    2. This will automatically complete the activation process for you.

    or

    1. Copy and paste your unique account activation key (e.g. 4QYGFMRVH9QSDERZGYQH) into the available box
    2. Click "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT"
How do I log-in?

Before you can log-in you must have previously registered.
  1. Click on the "LOG-IN" icon located at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided.
  3. Click the "LOG-IN" button located in the centre of the screen.
  4. If your log-in has been successful your name should appear in the top red bar and the Log-in option at the top should change to Log out.
  5. To view your details simply click on the "MY ACCOUNT" icon located at the top of the screen.

How do I change my password?

  1. Log-in as usual and navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.
  2. Select "CHANGE MY PASSWORD" from the menu
  3. You will now be asked to enter you current password, along with your new password.
  4. You are asked to enter you new password twice in order to eliminate the chance of a typing error.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

  1. Click on the "LOG-IN" icon located at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter your email address in the "Forgot your password" section - located at the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Click on the "SEND NOW" button.
  4. An email confirmation of your password will be sent to the email address you specified.
How do I change my personal details?

  1. Log-in as usual and navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.
  2. Select "EDIT MY DETAILS" from the menu.
  3. Amend any incorrect information (including your registered email address).
  4. Click "SAVE CHANGES".
